Hosted by our study group “Snowbound Shepherds of New England”, a group of herding folks who get together during the winter, Chris Schadler of Project Coyote will be here to talk about Living with Coyotes. She gets rave reviews from everyone who has heard her speak. She owns a sheep farm. Has Border Collies. And has avoided predation for two decades. We are happy to be hosting the first Far Fetch Farm Learning Trial for Pro-Novice and Ranch classes sanctioned by the North East Border Collie Association on Sunday October 28th starting with a Handler’s meeting at 8:30 am. The trial will probably run until about noon. Judge is Joyce Geier. If you are curious about sheep dog trialing you are welcome to attend.
